1. Agreement
By placing an order on 1990shoeclub.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Orders & payment
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include applicable taxes. Payment is collected at checkout via Paystack. An order is confirmed only after payment clears. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil.
3. Delivery
We ship across Ghana. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days; expect longer for remote regions. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your address.
4. Returns
Unworn, unwashed shoes in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Email sales@1990shoeclub.com to start a return. Items returned outside this window or showing signs of wear are not eligible.
5. Product information
We do our best to display accurate colours, sizes, and descriptions. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the real product. If something arrives meaningfully different from how it was listed, contact us and we'll make it right.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity that happens under your login. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1990 Shoe Club's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one.
